Jacob's Cheesecakes was founded by two brothers from San Antonio, Texas who
began producing the finest handmade cheesecake and providing exceptional service.
Chef Jacob is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and has devoted himself
to developing superior, original cheesecake recipes. All of our cakes are handmade,
each flavor fabricated from a unique batter. Our focus towards excellence combined
with great consideration and attention to our clients, customers, colleagues,
employees, families and friends lays the foundation for an organization consisting of
handmade, gourmet people.
